Meet the Team

Team PhotoHolly McCoy-Nelson is the senior development manager for Indigo Wind. While with Apex, Holly completed the development of the 300 MW Upland Prairie Wind project in northwestern Iowa and led the development of a 300 MW wind project in Illinois as well. She has a special affinity for seeing wind projects succeed in the Midwest, and she knows firsthand how wind energy can benefit landowners and the region. Holly lives with her family in Iowa.

Jarrod Beckstrom is a development manager for Indigo Wind. Jarrod has a background in education, sports marketing, communications, and windfarm operations. Jarrod started in the renewable energy field as a wind turbine technician and went on to manage three windfarms in Oklahoma where he currently lives with his family.

Cliff Barker is a project manager for the land agents currently at Indigo Wind. Cliff has many windfarm developments under his belt in three states. He worked alongside Holly McCoy-Nelson on the Upland Prairie Wind project in northwestern Iowa, as well as two projects in Illinois. Cliff lives with his family in Ames, Iowa.

Jack Elsnes is a public engagement manager for Indigo Wind. Jack's background is in nonprofit development. He is passionate about wind and the economic benefits that it brings to communities. He lives in Minnesota with his fiancé.  

Corey Eberling is the public engagement organizer for Indigo Wind. Corey served 16 years on the Franklin County Board of Supervisors, where he saw firsthand the positive impact windfarms have on local government budgets and community businesses. Corey was instrumental in the development of three phases of a windfarm, which totaled 500 MW of power produced in Franklin County. Corey lives with his family in Iowa.

Jared Hershberger is the field manager for Indigo Wind. Jared assisted his grandfather on his farm until he graduated high school. After College, Jared spent much of his career doing rural outreach and constituent services for a Congressman in Iowa and currently resides in Burlington.
